Wedding/Special Occasion Orders

Planning a wedding or other special occasion? Can't find the type of fabric you want, the correct colour or print? We can help! 

We do special orders for fabric for your occasion. Please reach out and let us know what you are looking for! We have done custom designs for weddings, so you can get a fabric that no one else has, had or will have. Plan to give yourself a month extra of "give" time, so that if something goes wrong, you have an extra month to get it corrected. 

If you need a very specific colour shade, we will try help with that too! We work with fabric mills to colour match as much as possible. 

If your fabric comes and is not what you expected... tell us! Sometimes the design has flaw we missed, or the mill sized it incorrectly. This has only happened once so far, but it is a possibility. If this does happen, you can either sell the fabric yourself and get a 30% refund, or ship it back to me and receive a full refund, or sell it yourself and reorder at 60% of original cost. If a printed fabric is not correct when it arrives, a reprint can be done within 2-3 weeks. 

PRINTED FABRICS

A few things to keep in mind... 

1. Don't print dark prints on too stretchy of fabric! If it is a busy print, it can work, but if it is mostly a solid dark background, please ask for advice on what fabric to get it printed on! 

2. Design fee for your own special design is $15, and cost per meter depends on the fabric you choose. If you are choosing from one of our already finished designs or do not care if we print the design again for our own use, cost is $0.50/meter. Knit fabrics:

Liverpool - $14.50

Swiss Dot - $15

2x2 Rib - $14.50

Crushed velvet - $16.75

Polyester rib -$14.50

Woven fabrics:

100% Polyester, smooth feeling - $13.75

100% Polyester, crinkle - $13.75

Polycotton - $13

Textured 98% Poly, 2% Spandex -$14.50 

There are different textures offered... linen look, Seersucker, and an embossed floral.

Airflow Poly fabrics, smooth or dotted - $13.75

SOLID COLOURS

If you wish to order solid colour fabrics, we have many options. Rib knits, Polyester, Swiss dots, Poly Swiss dots, embossed fabrics with stretch and without stretch... contact us if you want to see the options! Prices for those are roughly $1-2/meter less than for printed fabrics.
